The most ancient Indian chef in Barcelona, who settled down in the city in '77,went through many a famed kitchen in town, gave classes all over Spain, until inaugurating his restaurant, in Calabria street in 2002.
From there he proposes a list of dishes from the North of his Country. Using about 300 distinct seasonings, he presents meats, fish and vegetarian dishes to the appreciating palates and connoisseurs of the Indian cuisine, all available at restaurant Tandoor either "to take away" or as part of the catering service.
