This legendary venue, which has been lending its special spark to the Barcelona nightlife for some 12 years, has, for the last three years, been located just off of Plaça de Espanya. It is a place to enjoy live music on weekends that offers a wide range of activities on weeknights too.

In recent years, it has carved out a well-deserved niche for itself thanks to its spectacular dinner-shows on Friday and Saturday nights. Each day, it is transformed into an attractive restaurant before being allowed to slip back into its more habitual incarnation as a bar, nightclub and live music venue.

With a prior booking, guests will be able to party the night away with no need to schlep around the city or wonder where to go after dinner. It is an ideal setting for couples, friends and groups. In a nutshell, it is the very embodiment of versatility. Any excuse will do to stop by.

The tables are set by 22:00, and dinner kicks off with an aperitif, followed by an endless procession of delicious snacks and dishes. It is a true tasting menu featuring traditional Mediterranean and fresh-market flavours and textures and meticulous presentation. And once the dishes have been cleared, there's no need to leave the table. The dim lighting and inviting décor make for a fabulous nightspot.

As the clock hands approach midnight, the music grows more and more lively. By 1:00, a live band offers covers of everything from current pop hits to classic tunes of yesteryear. All the while, Made in Tandem (a.k.a. Manuel Corbasí and Pere Jaime) are encouraging guests to take part in the festivities and dance, establishing a warm rapport with the public. Upon conclusion of the shows, the party continues until 4:30 with a live DJ.
