Built in 1983 by the basque architect Luis Peña Ganchegui next to the Sants railway station, the Pard de Espanya Industrial (Industrial Park of Spain) is a homage to the culture of the Water, not only by means of the public baths and the cult of the human body, but mainly because it draws and drinks from the Latin and Mediterranean traditions.

The Park is dealt with, as a contemporary Spa, and is erected around and up skirting board slope that enables vantage resting places, affording viewpoints over the surrounding area, equipped with areas for the lights and fountains, existing equally a covered zone, as well as, a sheltered games area. In the midst stands the great St. George's Dragon (a work by Andre’s Nagel).

It aims at the rebirth of the body and spirit culture that will mirror and reflect the dreams, aims, fantasies and whims generated by and responding to the urban daily stress.
