The Parque de la Creueta del Coll (Creueta of Croll Park), situated in the Gràcia district, was constructed in the space that occupied an old quarry, as part of the urban plan developed in the count city to celebrate the Olympic Games of 1992.

Its architects Josep Martorell and David Mackay, designed an enormous public swimming pool as a central element of this park crowned by an Eduardo Chillida sculpture, the Elogio de Agua that hangs over the water.

Next to the lake there is a square populated by holly oaks, acacias and palm trees with a children´s games area.
