The Teatre Grec (Greek Theatre) of Barcelona was designed by Ramón Reventos in 1923 for the reason that the International Exposition of 1929 was being held. It is situated in the old location of a great quarry. In the entrance there are gardens and a sculpture of Josep Viladomat: La noia de la trena (the girl with plaits).

Each summer, they offer representations of dance, theatre, song and concerts marked in the programme of the performance arts Grec Festival.
