The Nova Mar Bella (´New Beautiful Sea Beach´), with its half a kilometre in longitude, is not a very big beach, but it is the preferred beach for the female sex, since 60% of the users are females.

Of the same method as the Mar Bella Beach, this one was created coinciding with the reforms carried out on the Barcelona coast for the celebration of the Olympic Games of 1992 and, since then, is one of the most frequented by the people that live out of Barcelona. Although one of its main characteristics is that it very calm, the public is young and attracts the locals of the Sant Martí district.

It disposes of an area for people with reduced mobility facilitating the entrance and the exit of the water by means of footbridge and offers the possibility of using an amphibious chair and elevator crane.
