The guest artist selected for the international project Caldera Express’08 is Jeremy Wade, an American dancer now living in Berlin. Wade visits Barcelona to take part in a creative laboratory with eight dancers from the city and a musician who will play live. Together, they will explore the monstrosity, illusion and magic found in popular stories. The results from this artistic experiment will provide material for a new production that Wade is preparing for production in Berlin in 2010. The show will also feature a performance of Glory, a duet on the idea of salvation with which Jeremy Wade won the prestigious Bessie Award for Choreography in 2006.
