Sergi Arola was born in Rosas, province of Giron, in 1968 and is known for having studied cuisine with Ferran Adrià and Pierre Gagnaire. He has two stars awarded by Michelin and is the owner of various restaurants, the standout being La Broche, a centric space in Madrid. He is one of the most prestigious chefs of the new Spanish cuisine.
