Etienne de Crécy live! Superdiscount, EDC, Minos Pour Main Basse, Mooloodjee... These are just some of the identities that the great Etienne De Crécy has assumed over the years. The French DJ and producer has already written his name in neon lights in the history of electronic music as one of the fathers of a French touch which has made club music elegant. Having shared this adventure with Air and Cassius, and as a contemporary of Les Rythmes Digitales, Dimitri From Paris and the inimitable Daft Punk, Etienne de Crécy has been at the vanguard of the whole movement. His latest achievement is the spectacular visual installation which was first seen at the last Festival Transmusicales in Rennes and which he’ll present this year at Summercase. It consists of a giant cube made of screens from which he plays his tracks surrounded by amazing visual projections. A multicolour journey through science fiction, and we’re all invited along.
