Founded in 1974, the theater company Dagoll Dagom has consolidated their scenic and artistic trajectory and they are, nowadays, one of the theater companies with a stable cast being the most important in Spain. With these years, it has been able to demonstrate their notable aptitude to develop different scenic proposals, being in the theater as well as in the audio-visual mediums.

Between their contributions, worthy of a mention is the diffusion of the literary work of Pere Calders, with the play "Antaviana" that initiated their journey to the world of musicals, line that Dagoll Dagom has consolidated later with works like: "Nit de Sant Joan" (1981), "Glups!" (1983), ‘Mikado’ (1986), "Mar i Cel" (1988), "Flor de Nit" (1992), "Historietas" (1993), "T'odio amor meu" (1995), "Pigmalió" (1997) and "Els Pirates" (1997). In this way, they have recuperated this genre in Catalonia, in which, as well, have obtained numerous prizes, standouts are: Critics Prize for the best musical show in 1992, National Prize of Scenic Arts in 1994, Honour Prize from the Jaume I Foundation in 1995, the Cross of Sant Jordi in 1996 and the Max Prize of the SGAE to the best musical show of 1998.

Also mentionable are their series, habitually of humour, for television: "Oh, Europa!" (1993), "Oh, Espanya!" (1996) and the "Memòria dels Cargols" (1999).
