Albert Pla

Albert Pla i Alvárez is considered one of the most controversial characters of contemporary Catalan culture. Scandalising the public with his LP´s in Catalan and with eschatological way made his image a mark in the end of the '80's.

In 1992, he left Catalan and changed to rumba with "No sólo de rumba vive el hombre" (Not only from rumba does a man live). He restored passionately and in diverse occasions the Gato Pérez (Pérez Cat).

In 2004 and after four years of absence, he was revived in an amazing collaboration with the guitarist Diego Cortés and returned to provoke rivers of reactions with his "Nanas".
