Located in the historic Gothic quarter, in the very heart of the touristic area of the city, Matsuri is a restaurant of the creative cuisine of Southeast Asia. The Chef Edo Komori prepare the most exquisite and artistic dishes from Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Japan.
The ambience is very quiet and relaxed, in a Zen atmosphere, which harmonises a water spring, soft colour furnishings, warm walls, all to the sound of new jazz, bossa nova or easy listening.
Split fifty-fifty between tourists and locals, the customers enjoy the house specialties such as: Salmon roses steam cooked with pine chutney and ginger or the Mango and shrimp salad.
It offers a selection of over forty wines of all types and prices, among which we ought to point out the Terras Gauda white and the red one, Castell del Remei Gotim Bru Merlot. A Diversified offer of Asian beers, different sorts of teas and caipirinhas from Brazil, make up the offer of drinks.
As a dessert, we recommend the banana stuffed crepe with caramel and chocolate.
