Located in the "upper crust" area of the city, in the Paseo de Grácia, this building by the modernist architect Puig i Cadafalch has in its premises ever since '41 an art investigation and documentation cntre which also exhibits varied works of painting, sculpture and glass. It has a library and a photo library specialising in the art of the 10th to 20th Centuries.
