Since May '97, Shamrock is the Irish Pub of the central area of the City. According to the record, it was the 4th Irish pub to open in BCN. The name refers to the four leaf clover which represents Ireland and the Irish Luck.

Shamrock is the pub where the customer comes foremost. Attended by a young and cosmopolitan staff, Pedro is the host. Very affable, he is a Spaniard who has lived quite a few years in GB and who entertains the clientèle of tourists and locals.

On days of important games, the giant screen shows the main sporting events: rugby, English leagues, Champions, UEFA, etc... Available also is a small room with pool and darts.

One can listen to pop/rock, blues or a jazz theme, the main musical selection however, being based on the hits from the 60's until nowadays.

Here you can choose from a wide variety of snacks. Full English Breakfast (6,25 euros), Scrambled Eggs (3,50) or Steak Kidney Pud & Mash (5,00).

In the drinks «chapter», there is a vast selection of whiskeys, both Scotch and Irish, Strongbow cider, local and British beers and a cocktail list.
