A hundred year old liqueur factory of the Gothic quarter became in '68 a wine shop chandler's, supplying drinks for both the vessels that rode at anchor in the port and for the bars in the area.

Nowadays it is a business specializing in wines, cavas (Catalan champagne) and liqueurs.

Antonio Rodriguez Roselló is the owner and the founder's son. Together with his wife, Lidia, they are gracious hosts, who will willingly advise you on the best purchases of wines, cavas and liqueurs, according to your predilections and possibilities.

Among the extensive list of drinks available, about 2.500 references, almost exclusively Spanish, one can find the finest wines( from about 1,500, Ribera del Duero, Rioja and Penedès excelling), more or less 300 Catalan cavas(especially San Sadruní d’Anoia and Penedès; a few Sherry and other sweet dessert wines. Between liqueurs, whiskies and Brandies, it here must be another 300 brands.

You will find here wines, ranging from 1,50 to the most exquisite red Vega Sicilia (DO Ribera del Duero) attaining 270,00.
