Sushi and creative Japanese cuisine, by the hand of Tina Hua, a true public relations person and her husband, chef Jun Feng, which offers a varied selection of dishes from the country of the rising sun, the tuna in marinated Japanese citric vinegar, the raw veal sirloin in its sauce with a pheasant egg, or the Tempura Maki.

As for the other many possibilities, you can always rely on the advice and good taste of the Chef or of the staff, who excel by their attention and care, clad in a uniform by Gory de Palma.

The graphic image of the restaurant is in charge of Kamel el Atrach and the very advanced and intimate design of the setting is the responsibility of architect Mario Fiscina, who has resorted to the four elements (Water, Air, Fire and Earth), with the support of technology and light to reach a very enticing solution.

All this contributes for the achievement of a rather agreeable sushi experience on the part of the diner in a vanguard’s atmosphere.
