Modern restaurant specializing on Indian Cuisine, displaying a minimalist though detailed decor, it is the proposal launched by renowned chefs and their team of cooks, all stemming from India.

A very welcoming place, with comfortable stalls, where silver predominates, it is decorated with handwork pieces, such as the swing, dressed in Indian silks, the Indian style gate, with enamel panels, among other features that take us to the most modern, luxurious and elegant India.

Sindur’s list includes a selection of representative innovative dishes of their native homeland brought over by the chefs: typical dishes such as Tikka Massala chicken or the Pancer Mahhanwala are a few of the available of the great variety of meat, fish and vegan at disposal.
A mention should be made to the exquisite Biryami scented Basmati rice, delicately spiced with vegetables, or meat and to the breads freshly baked in traditional “Tandoor” oven.

The desserts, varied and refined, finish this trip of sensations, accompanied by a selection of wines some of which of Indian origin.

Available also Spanish wines, mostly Catalan cava or French Champagne constitute the ideal partners for such wonderful dishes.
